Guest registration and identification
To expedite your arrival, will request in advance the email address registered in the reservation form to fill out the registration form; in which you must enter the information of all guests.
2. Reservation cancellation policies
We have a flexible cancellation policy, the request for cancellation or change of date, as appropriate, should be sent by email to: [email protected].
- If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund of your payment.
The reimbursement will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by Ecorefugio, in addition to the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by the credit institutions (Banks, Financial Institutions or Credit Cards).
- If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
The 50% refund will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by Ecorefugio, plus the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by the credit institutions (Banks, Financial Institutions or Credit Cards).
- If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival date, you will not be able to obtain a refund.
In this case, we offer you the possibility to change the dates of your reservation, you will have a period of one year from the date of your payment to make a new reservation and visit us, it will be subject to availability and you can make the request only once. once without the right to change or refund.
3. Failure to report
The penalty for No-Show corresponds to total amount of the stay .
4. Late Arrival
Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm . after this there is a late check-in which has a cost of 10,000 Chilean pesos (12 USD).
5. Taxes
According to local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay a additional tax of 19% .
In order to be exempt from VAT tax, foreign citizens must prove their status by presenting foreign passport and entry card to the country .
6. Obligations of the guest
Guests are strictly prohibited:
- Make annoying noises, provoke disturbances and, in general, any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests.
- Smoking inside the rooms. Those who wish to do so may do so on the terrace of the refuge, which has an ashtray, and in the permitted common areas.
- Accommodate in their rooms persons other than those registered. In no case may the number of persons accommodated in each room exceed the capacity assigned to each lodge.
- Using electrical current or mechanical accessories and equipment installed on the premises for purposes other than those for which they are intended. Ecorefugio’s safety measures strictly prohibit the use of irons, curling irons, hair dryers and other electrical or other devices that may cause a short circuit or fire.
- Deteriorate Ecorefugio’s furniture, decoration or goods, giving them an inadequate destination for their service.
- Perform any act that causes damage or harm to Ecorefugio and other guests, or is contrary to decorum and good coexistence.
The company reserves the right to terminate the accommodation service, when the above mentioned prohibitions are violated, without the guest who causes it having any right or reduction of his debt for the accommodation or service received, being also obliged to pay compensation for damages or losses.
7. Pets allowed
Ecorefugio is Pet-friendly, let us know if you visit us with your pet owners must become responsible for any damage that it may cause, it is important to have pets well educated and controlled , perfectly clean and in optimal health conditions, vaccinated and dewormed. We ask you to respect the environment in which you are and that you do not “invadas” the space of other people sharing the facility.
